Any Entry Requirement For Foreigners Going To Guangzhou To Hong Kong Back To US

If I arrive to Guangzhou Baiyun International Airport with USA Passport. I want to take a train to Hong Kong, any entry requirement? Can I fly back to US from Hong Kong International Airport or do I need to go back to Guangzhou Baiyun?

Are you flying from US to Guangzhou? If so and if you are going to stay less than 144 hours in Guangzhou, you can just use the 144-hour visa free transit by showing the train ticket to HK. If not, you need to apply for a visa in advance.

Of course you can fly back to US from HK.

So after several days stay in Guangzhou, do I need a visa to enter Hong Kong from Guangzhou? Probably stay 1 day in HK before flying back to US.

USA passport holders can stay in HK for up to 90 days without a visa. So you don't need to worry about the visa issues there.
