About:Chinese Calendar

Why do you have two February months?

Hello, for example, if I go to the gregorian date April 4th it shows Feb 14. If I go to March 5th it also shows Feb 14?

There are two February this year in Chinese lunar calendar and the leap month happens every 2-3 years.
