About:Policy for Foreigners with Immediate Family Living in China
Conversion of family residence permit into work residence permit
Does anyone know the rule? I am married with a chinese citizen and i want to know that can i convert the family residence permit into work residence permit? If yes then how? My company HR asked to the immigration about this situation they said i need to exit China. Outside China i have to apply for Z visa at Chinese embassy and get entry again. Is this happened with someone?
