About:China Visa on Arrival

Is Indonesian citizen eligible for the Visit on Arrival Visa?

I checked some websites, no definite answer. Can you please confirm or if you share any link of contact info of authority agents ?

For Indonesian passport holders, only those having obtained a China visa before may get a VOA successfully. Currently, VOA is only for those in emergencies and Hainan VOA is unavailable for all.
