About:Policy for Foreigners with Immediate Family Living in China

Does this visa allow me to live in china indefinitely?

I can't apply for a work visa because i dont have any degree and low qualifications from school but my fiancee is chinese. If we get married can i apply for the q1 visa and then the temp residence permit and extend this to live there for a longer period of time (i dont have to work, i have all the money i need until i die) and is the q1 visa multiple entry? can i stay for 179 days and then go to hong kong and back to mainland china?

If you got married, you can apply for Q1 visa.
It can be extended here in China.
There is single-entry, double-entry and multiple-entry types. If you have a double-entry or multiple-entry one, you can do as you said: leave for HK on the 179th day and back to activate another duration of stay.
