Visa Requirements for Singapore Passport holders

Hi, would like to confirm, is Visa only required for stay more than 15 days for Singapore Passport holders?

If applying for Business Visa, is letter of Invitation required in this case for stay more than 15 days?

Yes, an invitation letter is required when applying for F visa, which allow you to stay for more than 15 days.
