About:Chinese Consulate in Auckland

Hong Kong Passport Renewal

I am now residing in Auckland as NZ permanent resident. My Hong Kong passport is going to expire and I would like to renew it as soon as possible. Is the China Consulate in Auckland open to public now? If not, can I renew it by post?
