travel to visit my fiancee

Question

Hello,My fiancee resides in Wuhan, and we have not seen each other since January 2020, when the city was shut down, including rail transport and the airport.  I would like to plan a trip to see her this year, perhaps in the spring.  I have two questions.  First, is it advisable for US citizens to travel to China at this time?  And second, will this affect her social score (which we have heard about) if I go to see her?  I believe I would need to list her and her address on the Visa application. I also must travel with medication for diabetes.

It is a pity that you cannot apply for a tourist visa to come to China for the time being. Cross-border tourism has not open yet.
