iam a monkey so is my husband

we are both 1944 but he is SEPTEMBER and I am January we are not like each other

But you can always find each other's advantages, right? If you still worried, you can cultivate some common hobbies and join in social activities together on weekends. In this way, maybe you two have many things to communicate with.

If your birthday is in January than you may be before the Chinese New Year that year (1/24/44). If so, you’d be the sign associated with 1943 instead, the Sheep. Does that better resonate for you?
