Has the Chinese Visa Application Service Center in Kuala Lumpur resumed its services?

Dear Sir / Madam,

I would truly appreciate if someone could share updates on the visa application services available at the Chinese Visa Application Service Center in Kuala Lumpur? Since Kuala Lumpur is in phase 3 now.

Hi HMH, they have resume some service via postal if I am not wrong.
You can try to approach them via email or phone call (I got my reply last week)
