authentication of documents

Good Eve, i went to Hamshire Building for Document Authentication but was told officee closed only by online appointment. pls kindly advice where and how to make online appointment ? Thank YouMarlina

I checked the website and it seems to have no appointment dates to choose from. I also need to get authentication of documents from the China Embassy in Malaysia, can't find any answer to this too. Appreciate if there's any help.

Same here, been waiting from early of Jun until now.Have called the China Embassy and they said only Chinese Citizen can directly apply Authentication with Embassy, others citizen need to apply via China Visa Center.Have confirm with JPA and Majlis Keselamatan Negara too. And they said as for now, even KL still under FASA1, the sector like China Visa Center is still available to be operated as long as limiting capacity(number of office people)Then told both Embassy and Center about this and only received negative responses...

Now that KL is in Phase 2, I've checked the visa centre and they're still closed. Our KL case numbers are dropping and adult vaccination rate is over 100%, not sure when they plan to reopen yet. But I'm really hoping soon as I need to do my documents authenthication first before applying for visa. Can't wait!
