About:Marriage Registration in China

Single certificate authentication

hello, i am an indian citizen currently studying in china. my fiance is chinese and we want to get married i already brought my single certificate from india last month but it is only notarised by a notary so what is the next step? and if i want to chinese consulate to authenticate it then how to do ?

Before submitting a legal document to the Chinese Embassy, an applicant must have the document notarized by a local Notary Public Office in India and attested or legalized by the CPV Division of the Ministry of External Affairs of India (Add: Patiala House, New Delhi), or the Branch Secretariat of the Ministry of External Affairs in Chennai (Add: EVK Sampath Maligai, 7th Floor, 68, College Road, Chennai-600 006).
