Chinese vaccine

I have been fully inoculated with the Chinese vaccine. Can I submit my documents for visa application without a TE letter?

Hi Vic. Can you please tell me where you get the Chinese vaccine to vaccinate yourself? Im also in that category. I want the vaccine so that may be I can go to China to study.
