Can I get Permanent visa for 5 years? My wife is a Chinese and our Marriage contract Notarized by C

Also we have a son that he Holds the Chinese Passport ?
I already got the Q2 visa but we are planning to go back to China and apply for our Son's ((Hu Kou)) also change my visa type to Permanent Residency?

Is this possible for me to get the Permanent residency?

If your marriage lasts for more than 5 years, and you spent more than nine 9 months in the past five years in China, and you have a fixed address in China, it is possible to get the permanent residency.
