About:Policy for Foreigners with Immediate Family Living in China

family (wife, kid) of foreign worker on z-visa

I am on z-visa working as a foreigner since before the pandemic in China. I want my wife to visit me and live with me. I got an invitation letter from the school where I work, do I still need a (1) PU-letter, (2) notarization of the letter (3) and local MOFA attestation of that "invitation letter" issued by the school or not now to present date? My wife is already vaccinated with Chinese-made sinoform vaccine and her health code is also green, and I worked in Chongqing now

but they are NOT still issuing PU letters, and Notary invitation letters and MOFA letters. I asked whether these letters are still needed after the new updated policy of getting Chinese-made vaccines and green Healthcode only????
