About:Chinese Embassy in Zimbabwe

What can I do to report a criminal zimbabwean guy but lives in China

He lied to me that is doing business of phones, i took orders from people and they paid for their phones was about 3000$ but the guy disappeared and am in trouble at my place people they want their money back. And i have nothing. Please I need help

You need to report this to the police of the city in China where the man is living.

But am not living in China thats why am asking if there is any alternative I can do
