CHINESE VISA: I have received an invitation letter (PU)

Hi, I have received an invitation letter (PU) requesting me to apply immediately for Visa at the Embassy of P.R. China in Malaysia. May I know the correct contact to connect with in order to get this Visa. I have contacted the Chinese Visa Application Service Centre (CVASC), but they mentioned they are still no open due to Covid, however I was advised to go to the China Embassy in KL directly instead. Can you let me know the correct phone number/email to contact for this matter. Thanks

Hey there, as per my last communication with the China Visa Office in KL, there are still close, therefore cannot process any visa application now. Still waiting at the moment.
