Applying chinese Visa in Thailand

Hello,im a Pilipino citizen and got business chinese visa expired right after China banned us of covid.My question is.. if i travel to Thailand,can i apply business or working visa there for China?appreciated ur answer.Thanks so muchhhhhh.
