About:China Family Reunion Visa

Married in France

My wife is Chinese and we got married in France. I assume our french marriage certificate and the rest of the supporting documents are enough for me to apply for a Q visa? We would like to get married officially in China on our trip. I want to be sure the French marriage certificate is recognised by the visa office.

You need to have it notarized by a notary public first and then have it authenticated by the Chinese embassy in France.
