About:China Family Reunion Visa

Complex situation

My partner(she) is Chinese but we are not married. We have a son together born in China and having ID card. My name is on birth certificate and he has my last name. Is it possible to get Q visa? Or is it strictly for spouses? Thank you for your time and help

It's possible for you to get the Q visa, depending on your son instead of your partner since you don't have marriage certificate.
