About:China Family Reunion Visa

Complex family situation

My partner is Chinese, we have a daughter together. We r not married and she was born in Poland. Can we apply for a family visa if we r not married and the child has my surname, not her father’s in the birth certificate? Can we ask for some special consideration. We have been apart for so long cause of the pandemic.
I would really appreciate some information
Thank you

You are not married, and you have no proof to be the family members of your partner, so it is impossible to apply for Q visa. The application of common visa of L or S is difficult due to the ongoing pandemic. I'm afraid you can hardly visit China now.
