requirements to travel back to China

I have a valid Chinese family resident visa and would like to travel back to China next month with my Chinese wife. please advise the process and where we need to get the required covid testing done before travel. also I have been vaccinated against Covid-19, but my Chinese wife has not yet been vaccinated.
