About:Chinese Embassies and Consulates

Will my family be granted dependent (s) visas

I am American and my husband and son are Ghanian. I have a work PU letter with their information on it. Will the consulate grant us all visas to return back to China? I called and someone told me they’re not granting any for dependents. I’m hoping she’s misinformed.

It's possible but not guaranteed as they will look more into your background and necessity of bringing them with you.
