About:China Talent Visa

Where to Apply for Higher Talent Confirmation Letter

you mentioned that the confirmation letter can be obtained from China’s provincial level Bureau of Foreign Experts Affairs, but I want to know that how to apply for it. Because my company want to apply, it is in wuhan, the don't know which online system is accepting application for it.
Secondly, I have done PhD from Chinese Academy of Sciences, now I am in Hong Kong, I don't have experience after my PhD. Can I still able to apply for it, if my company mention that I can help in building China Economy, and I must need to come on urgent basis.

2. As I know little about your achievements in scientific research, I cannot answer whether you can get a Higher Talent Confirmation Letter or not.
