Question

I was invited to deliver 5 lectures at Minzu University of China (Beijing), so I have already completed the Application form for confirmation letter for high level foreign talents and the visa applicatioin form of the People's Republic of China, which I will bring with me to the Chinese Consulate in Chicago sometime this week. Apart from bringing my current passport, do I need to bring any extra documents to apply for the R Visa?Thank you very much in advance for your kind reply.

Besides, you need to take recent passport style photos. As for the application form for confirmation letter for high level foreign talents, I doubt whether it will be accepted. Usually, the Confirmation Letter for High Level Foreign Talents is required rather than its application form.
