Hi, I’ve got admission for September, 2021 at Jiangsu University of Science and Technology. Is there a probability of getting a student’s visa and going there in September?

Yes, it's possible since you've got the admission from the university. But you are highly advised to arrive in China earlier, for you will be quarantined for at least 14 days after arriving.
