Applying for a Q visa

Hello, I am an American citizen located in the US, and I would like to know whether it is possible right now (May 2021) for me to apply for a Q1 visa for visiting my Chinese grandparents in Beijing. I have been vaccinated (Moderna).

It's possible for you to get a Q visa right now. One more thing, you still need to be quarantined after entering even though you've been vaccinated.
