Business Visa and enquiry on vaccine

Please when can one apply for the Business Visa? I learnt one has to take the Chinese vaccine. Is it available in Nigeria now?

You can try your luck to apply for the M visa right now. Chinese vaccine is not a must, but you need to take tests of covid-19 nucleic acid and covid-19 serology IgM antibody within 48 hours before boarding the flight and after arriving, you need to take the 14-day quarantine.
