About:China Private Visit Visa

Can you work on an S visa?

Hi there,

I am a British citizen and have a job in China (I have a Z visa). My husband will come but be on an S visa, is he able to work in China for a Chinese company with this visa?

Your husband cannot work on an S Visa. He can only deal with private affairs like marriage, lawsuit, heritage, adoption, and medical treatment.
