Q2 Visa and 'freezing' of visas due COVID

Briefly, I have a 10 year multiple entry Q2 family reunion visa - does anyone know whether the Q2 is frozen (as tourist visas are I gather due to COVID), and will I be refused boarding onto the plane?

Yes, the Q2 visa is also suspended. If you want to enter China, you need to apply for a new visa.
