About:China Family Reunion Visa

With Q2 visa change to permanent residence permit

Hello
If I enter China with my W2 visa, can I apply permanent residence permit locally in China?

Sorry, you can't. Actually with this Q2 visa, you can even not get a temporary residence permit.
