Huanglong National Scenic Reserve

hello,

We are two people who currently live in Shanghai (visas and green codes issued) who wanted to visit the Huanglong National Scenic Reserve 3 days from March 8th 2021. Can you please tell me if the park is open for foreigners? and what is the cost for the hike?
