About:Embassy & Consulates of Philippines in China

Our employer took our passports. What should we do?

November 2019 when they took our passport. They said they will give it back but until now they haven't. We asked them to give it back to us but they said it's the police that took it. They said they police kept it. What should we do? Please help us. Please send us some guidance on what to do.

You need to talk to your employer seriously to get your passports back. I don't believe that the police kept your passports for such a long time.
