family reunion

hello, I am a foreigner (newcomer) with valid work and resident permit. I want to bring my wife here to china to live with me as long as I am here. is it open and possible to apply for an S visa?

Currently, she cannot apply for an S visa. She needs to apply for it later when China reissues such visas.
