Tiger & Horse or Tiger & Snake - IS there an error here?

I'm born July 7 1986 and my potential partner is Jan 1 1990 and I understood myself to be a Tiger and he a Horse per many websites but here it says he is a Snake which is very confusing considering our connection feels more like the perfect match to the both of us, truly complementing one another so reading that he was a horse made sense. Reading here that he's a snake however, the only website so say this thus far is making me nervous. So please clarify? :-)
