How long would it take to get a z visa from the UK?

A Chinese firm is thinking of issuing me an offer but they're worried about the time it will take for the visa. Right now the visa centre in London is closed. Do we know if I can make an appointment online for when they're open and how long the whole process will take in the current condition?
