Please I want to buy two excavators machines from China and the company has given me the invitation letter and so can I apply for the visa? Is the Chinese embassy working? I hope to hear from you soon thanks

Only the invitation from the company is not enough, you should also get a PU invitation letter. The Chinese Embassy will be working for emergent visa applications after the Chinese New Year holiday.
