S1 visa for foreigner spouses

Hello, Im a foreigner holding a category A work permit in china.
Im trying to bring my wife and son but I was told that China dont process family visa anymore...
Can you confirme that?

It is unknown at present. I guess the situation will be improved when the pandemic is well controlled.
