Hello,Kindly advise in details what is the procedures and documents required for Singaporean businessmen to travel to China in March 2021. The traveller is holding a APEC card. Does he still need to apply visa for this trip?

Yes, the traveller still needs to apply a visa for this trip. At present, the documents required include the passport, application form, recent photo, invitation letter from Chinese business partner, and a PU or TE  invitation letter. After the documents are ready, please submit them to the Chinese visa application service center and wait for the result.
