About:China Work Visa

I am a canadian citizen and want to open sales offices in China

I am 58 years old it will be an issue to get worker visa ?
I will be the only one employee in my company.
I have a M visa since 5 years and been many time to China for business.

The process is much more complex than getting an M visa... getting here will be problematic with COVID, but it's a good time to understand the process and start getting required paperwork legalized by your local consulate/ embassy in Canada.
What part of China? What type of business?
