can resident permit issued in 2018 travel back?

Question

Can I travel to China through third country?I want to know if i can travel back to China through third country with my resident permit issued on 2018 which is still valid till half of this year (I had a 3 years resident permit) and my work permit is still valid too, because Nigeria is still on temporary suspended list. So, i want to know if i can travel back to China with that resident permit, work permit through another

No. As Nigeria is still on the list, you can't travel to China currently, even if you enter from a third country.

Indian is on the list but some Friends who are in Indian were traveling through Nepal. And I have bought my ticket from Kenya Frankfurt China
