Visa Z application

Hello,

I got a new job in China and I have all the documents to obtain a visa Z.

Is China currently granting visa Z, knowing that I have been employed with resident permit in China previously in 2015?

Since November 5, 2020, China has suspended issuing visas to French citizens due to the rising confirmed cases of COVID-19.
