When will the Embassy's open?

Hello, Please can you tell me when will the Chinese Embassy open in Cape Town and JHB? I urgently need to authenticate my documents and apply for a working visa. I understand that I need to apply online and make an appointment, however this is not possible because the Embassy is closed.
So when roughly will the Embassy be open so that we can continue????
