Can I get Q visa for 10 years, my wife is Chinese and my US passport is valid for more than one year

Hello, I have American and Egyptian nationalities. My wife is Chinese. My US passport is valid for more than one year. I will apply to the Egyptian consulate in Cairo.

In normal cases, you can possibly get the 10 years Q visa, but at present, it is not very likely because of the COVID-19 situation.
