About:China Visa Renewal and Extension

Marriage visa

Hello. I'm holding a M visa (with yet two extensions due to business and cannot exit). I have a chinese girlfriend, but to marry we need a lot of documents not easy to obtain now ( in Spain government is working so slow...). Can I obtain some kind of extension that allows me to stay here during this time ?

You don’t need ‘lots’ of documents to get married. As far as the Spanish government goes, you just need an affirmation of non marriage which you get from the Spanish embassy/consulate, passport with valid visa, and residence registration. Your girlfriend (which she can easily find out), I.d., and hukou. Plus 3 photos! Easy!
