About:Overstaying in China & Penalty
Passport With Shanghai Exit and Entry Bureau
I submitted my application some 10 days back, still not processed by exit and entry for residence pass.. my visa is expiring soon.
How do i tackle this situation. My employer is saying that the delay is for the verification... i have only flight once a week and need to leave. Is there any procedure that i can walk to Exit and Entry berau and collect back my passport.
I have my work permit ( card ) already issued and valid till Dec 2021.
