Will I have a good fortune for year 2021?

I was born in the year of Fire Tiger, December 8, 1986. I'm a call center representative as a profession, and planning to start my small cart business (Japanese Pancake) this coming 2021. Is it a good time to start a business for me? I also want to know if I'm lucky to win a Lotto this year. And will I get rich? :) Thanks!
