Can i travel to hainan now?

Hi I am from Philippines. I would like to visit my fiancé in china and we planned to meet in hainan. Is it possible for me to travel to Hainan now?

As I know, you can. But you need to do the NAT test and have 14 days isolation.

If I am coming from Canada to Hainan, transiting from HK, do I need to obtain a test result from Canada or HK?
Is there still 14 days quarantine to be done in Hainan? Do you know what's the cost of the 14 days quarantine?
