Can I know about visa q2

I have argent need met my family I didn't seen them in 2 years my family in problem this time so I want to meet them thank you for your understanding

I have a q2 visa issued on September2019 it says 10 years but I was recently told I cannot visit china to see my wife and Son what should I do .Please .

Ray, you can see if you are eligible to apply for a Q1 visa.
