About:Policy for Foreigners with Immediate Family Living in China

Residents permit

I work in China, I have a residents permit. I want to bring my husband (60 ) and my Fostercare daughter (12) over to Chima to live with me. I'm from South Africa. were do I start.

You can send them invitation letters and a copy of your residence permit of China. Then they can apply for an S1 visa.
